The ISSS is mandated by our Constitution to hold Semi-Annual General Meetings (SAGMs) once a semester. It is a focal point of advocacy and a prime opportunity to formally communicate with the general membership about their concerns and/or questions regarding the ISSS’ role in their undergraduate experience.

The Fall SAGM is scheduled for Monday, October 6, 2025, from 5:10 PM to 6:20 PM in CCIS 1-140.  Refreshments will be provided.

The ISSS represents all undergraduate students in the Faculty of Science, and thus all science students are welcome to attend, hear about ISSS, vote on the motions being brought forward and eat some pizza!
