Finance Committee
The Finance Committee evaluates new projects proposed to the ISSS by their fiscal responsibility and effectiveness in furthering the ISSS mandate. Committee members read project proposals and discuss them at bi-weekly meetings. Contact finance@isss.ca for more information.

Awards Adjudication Committee

The ISSS Awards Adjudication Committee is a subcommittee of the Interdepartmental Science Students’ Society (ISSS) responsible for reviewing and awarding Professional Development Grants and Scholarships to science students.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking at least four (4) general ISSS members (students in the Faculty of Science who do not currently hold an elected or appointed position within the ISSS) to serve on this committee.
Responsibilities:

Meet at least four times per year

Review applications for Professional Development Grants and Scholarships

Help make fair, unbiased decisions (a two-thirds majority is required for approval)

Step out of discussion/voting if you have a conflict of interest
Term:

The committee will be formed by October 15th
-
Members serve until April 30th (end of the academic year)
